Location of the Complex

Costa Del Croco is located in Tsarevo  which is situated on the South Bulgarian Black Sea coastline, at 60 km South of Bourgas, where the green mountainsides of Strandja merge with the silvery dunes of the crystal beaches. Title Deeds

 

It is a standard practice in Bulgaria to declare the property at the Notary Public below the selling price value to minimize payment of local taxes.
