Location of the Complex

The complex is located right next to the lovely Aqua Park and 10 minutes walk from the lovely beaches of Sunny Beach in close proximity with our complex Nessebar Fort Club and Nessebar Fort Golf Club. The location is very advantageous – it is just outside the overcrowded center of the resort and at the same time on walking distance from the magnificent beaches of Sunny Beach and the exciting night life in the resort.

General Information about the Complex

The owners of apartments in our new complex will become members of our GOLF CLUB and can practice their strikes and pads and improve their golf skills on the training putting green with 15 holes on the territory of the complex or in our GOLF CLUB the whole year around. The Golf Club will be located right behind Holiday Fort Golf Club and will consist of:

· Club-Restaurant

· Driving range with 6 lanes for initial strikes

· 2 fairways 120 meters each

· Training putting Green with 15 holes

Due to the exceptional mild climate in the Sunny Beach area the Golf season there is practically 12 months! Foreigner investors are planning to build in the near future a 18 hole golf course very close to this complex. In the meantime golfers can play at the 18 hole golf course in Sliven, which is one hour drive from Sunny Beach or in one of the three courses near Varna. The owners of apartments in the complex will be able to use all the facilities of Nessebar Fort Club and Nessebar Fort Golf Club – 3 restaurants Sea food cuisine, Italian cuisine and Mediterranean cuisine ; bar; Vienna Café ; 5 swimming pools for children and adults; shops; saunas; change; playgrounds for children; tennis court-football field; internet club; rent-a-car; a guarded parking lot. The first part of ‘ Holiday Fort Golf Club ‘ will consist of 7 sections A1-A2, B1-B2, C1-C2, E1, F1 & F2 and will have 195 apartments – 70 studios, 103 one bedroom apartments and 22 two bedroom apartments.

Euros 1,000 reservation fee which is part of the pruchase price

  • 14,139 Euros is due within three weeks from the date of the reservation;
  • 5,547.97 Euros is due at finishing of the roofing works - expected to be end of December 2007-February 2008;
  • 8,876.77 Euros is due at completion - expected to be in July 2009 - You start using the apartment
  • 4,438.38 Euros is payable 1 year after the complex completion, ie July 2010!
  • 100% declared value on the title deeds with VAT included in the price
  • The legal services for transferring the deeds are taken by the developerclients pay no fee for that.
  • You pay additionally only the half (1,5% of the amount of the deeds) of the notary and other state costs for transferring the deeds.
